Foshan Southern architectural design institute Ltd. a holding subsidiary of the listed company Tianan New Material, was founded in 1994. It was formerly affiliated to a large state-owned construction enterprise in Foshan. In 2002, it was transformed into a private joint-stock architectural design enterprise.
